Bills Surge to Take Week Three Against Cardinals

On a beautiful Sunday afternoon, the Bills went back to their locker room with a win as they defeated the Arizona Cardinals 33-18 at "The Cap".

Under new Offensive Coordinator Anthony Lynn, the Bills snatched a game that was thought to be a Cardinals victory.  Buffalo snuffed out any thought of offense from Arizona early on, and coupled with big plays from the offense (notably LeSean McCoy), the Bills are positioned towards New England at 1-2 in the infancy of the season.

Game Takeaways:

  1. LeSean McCoy rushed for over 100 yards and racked up two touchdowns himself. Also, with these he reached 50 career rushing touchdowns.
  2. Tyrod Taylor rushed for 49 yards in one play, the most in Bills franchise history.
  3. Aaron Williams returned a botched Arizona field goal attempt 53 yards for his first NFL touchdown.
  4. Arizona's Carson Palmer was picked off FOUR times today by Stephon Gilmore (2),  Corey Graham and Corey White.
