U.B. Bulls: Are They Tournament Bound?

Because the MAC is not as big of a conference as say the ACC, the MAC conference is currently looking to be a one-bid conference. This meaning, like in years past, the team who makes the NCAA tournament from the MAC will have to win the MAC tournament outright.

Can U.B. make the NCAA tournament for the first time in school history?  The Bulls will have to stay as hot as they currently are, riding a 4 game win streak with just 2 games to go in the regular season.  They will also have to keep leaning on forward Javon McCrea, a big 6 foot 7 inch forward from Newark, N.J. He is the Bulls leading scorer and rebounder, averaging 18.5 points per game and 10.1 rebounds per game.  McCrea will need to keep up his stellar play to lead the Bulls to a tournament bid.

As both tournaments get closer and the Bulls season comes to an end, we will keep you guys and gals all updated on the Bulls run to the NCAA tournament.

With the end of the NCAA College basketball regular season nearing, the U.B. Bulls are a top the Mid-American East Conference with just 2 games to go in the regular season. With a new head coach and former Duke University stand out, Bobby Hurley is trying to lead his team into the NCAA Tournament in just his first season as the Bulls head coach.  The Bulls still have work to do though heading into March madness.

Even with the number 1 seed all but locked up for the Bulls in the MAEC, Hurley and the Bulls are still not a lock to make the National Tournament of 64.
