Buffalo, NY and The NCAA Tournament

The First Niagara Center downtown is hosting the second and third round of the NCAA Men's basketball tournament of 64 teams. The eight teams that will be playing in Buffalo this week are as follows: (6) Ohio State vs. (11) Dayton, (3) Syracuse vs. (14) Western Michigan, (7) UConn vs. (10) Saint Joseph's, and (2) Villanova vs. (15) Milwaukee.  All I have heard around town these last couple weeks in Buffalo, is how excited everyone is to have these 2 rounds of tournament games being played in Buffalo.

This is a great event being hosted by a great city, Buffalo, NY. We are all excited for the opportunity to not only watch some great basketball being played by the best teams in the country, but also for the opportunity of showing off our great city. Visitors to the First Niagara Center downtown will see first hand as they enter the stadium the Harbor Center construction and the money being invested into downtown. Buffalo is a city filled with great sports fans, great bars, great food and simply great people. The NCAA tournament is allowing us to show all this off on a national level. People from all over the country following these 8 NCAA college basketball teams are going to be flocking to Buffalo, NY and will experience our world class city first hand. From people staying downtown at the many hotels in the city to the people enjoying our world class wings at the Original Anchor Bar, it should be a weekend of great basketball and great fun in Buffalo, NY.

One last note: Go Cuse!
